Jonathan Kalman
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Kalman has 40 years’ experience as a CEO, founder and investor in a series of successful companies. He has worked in the UK, Eastern Europe and Israel. Jonathan is the founder and CEO of Dion Holdings Ltd. which is an active private equity investor in early stage technology companies. Jonathan was a member of the Board of Directors of Neuroderm (NASDAQ:NDRM) until its acquisition by Mitsubishi Tanabe in October 2017 for $1.1 Billion. Jonathan is currently a director of Revelator, a cloud-based digital asset platform addressing the challenges of aggregating, processing, reporting and analysing large volumes of data for royalty distribution to copyright owners. He is also director of Izun Pharmaceuticals, who develop innovative pharmaceutical products from natural botanicals. He sits on the Board of Directors of The Jerusalem Print Workshop, a non-profit art centre dedicated to the advancement of graphic arts.
Dr. Jonathan Schler
Chief Technology Officer
Dr Jonathan Schler is an entrepreneur, scientist and researcher in the field of text analytics, machine learning and data science. Dr. Schler has extensive industrial and academic experience, leading groundbreaking research in those fields. In addition, Dr. Schler has led large-scale industrial projects in many sectors such as: AdTech, e-commerce, Fintech and marketing. He also served in senior management positions in several companies such as: Buzzmetrics (acquired by Nielsen), Peer39 (acquired by Sizmek), ClearForest (acquired by Thomson Reuters), Datacruhsers, and more. He is also the head of the Responsa Project (winner of the Israel Prize) in Bar Ilan University.
Dr. Schler has dozens of articles and publications in leading conferences and journals around the world, as well as being inventor of many patents in his fields.
Levi Orbach
Founder and Chief Strategic Officer
Levi is an industry expert in compliance, trading solutions and financial software. He has over 30 years of experience advising top Wall Street firms on their compliance, technology and trading systems. Prior to founding Voitrax, Levi had served in senior managerial and strategic roles at Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber, Lehman Brothers, Citibank, PWC and Lazard Frere. Levi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from NYU. He has been a featured speaker at industry trade shows and conferences.
Andrew Fine
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew is an experienced and accomplished data-oriented manager who has been involved for over 20 years in the tech sector. Andrew has handled over $120M in equity and debt financing transactions and has handled M&A transactions from both sides of the table. Andrew brings hands-on operational experience covering finance, operations, HR and sales, as well as company-wide process and platforms. His previous roles include CFO at Seeking Alpha, Freightos and ScaleMP. Andrew holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and served in the Israeli Air Force.
Joseph Orbach
VP Product Development
Joseph is a senior trader with over 30 year experience trading foreign exchange and commodities. Prior to joining Voitrax, he was a trader at Citibank and Salomon Brothers. Joseph holds an MBA from NYU.
